Policy of Transfer

INTER-BRANCH TRANSFER

Inter-branch Transfer will be permitted before the new session starts. No request for inter-branch transfer will be entertained after the start of the new session. A student seeking transfer to another branch of VSPK International School requires the following documents from the branch they were studying in previously:
  • Recommendation letter from the Principal along with Transfer Certificate.
  • Progress report and attendance certificate of the previous class/current session.
  • No dues certificate from the Front office.
  • Evidence of reason for transfer: Parents will have to furnish proof of change of residence
PLEASE NOTE Inter-branch admission cannot be claimed as a matter of right, final decision rests with the Management.

INTER-STATE TRANSFER

Aptitude Assessment (written and/or verbal) as applicable, are part of the admission process.
1. Migration Certificate
  • Duly signed by the DEO/ Regional office.
2. Transfer Certificate
  • Duly signed by the DEO/ Regional office.
  • Transfer from other Board.
3. Migration Certificate
  • Duly signed the DEO/ Regional office in case of change in Board.
  • Transfer from other school, but same Board.
4. Transfer Certificate
  • If within a state, Transfer Certificate must be submitted to the school.
